By attending this event, you will be entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. As such, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction by the Department of Labor (the Department) and others on behalf of the Government. You release the Department, its officials and employees, and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings. You waive all rights you may have to claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by the Department or the person or entity designated to do so by Department.
